Voice authentication is an area of exploration with huge potential. Existing devices like Alexa, Siri, Google home all share components but are silo'd. We want to understand what could Visa's role as a payment technology share across all these devices, while maintaining a device agnostic approach.

This is our opportunity to create a distinct visual brand for Visa and voice. We are exploring different visual directions as well as benchmarking what voice interfaces are out there.

Use Case Narrowing
2x2 Frameworks were used to first narrow down the environments that are best for voice experiences. Then, individual use cases for each environment were ranked based on frequency and the comfort in using voice to complete the task.

There were chosen to be the most impactful and beneficial to the user. 
When to authenticate
There are two methods for authentication we are testing. Authenticating at the beginning of the conversation or at the time of payment.
